SAP R/3 PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION BUSINESS REQUIREMENT

1.1 Business Requirement

1.1.1 Requirement Summary

In TTSL the Sales orders are created for individual package of PTB schemes.

The scheme is mapped as “FERT” material.

This material has sales BOM.

When the scheme is entered in the sales order , It explodes the BOM.

This BOM consists items of two types:

1. Items which are to be billed to the customer

2. Items to be delivered to him , but still remain TTSL assets at his premises.

It is desired that the “Items which are to be billed” and “Items which are to be delivered as Assets” should have different delivery OUTPUTS ,

so that the person carrying the goods to customers place can carry these two outputs and get the acknowledgement


1.1.2 Approach to cover gap

It is suggested to create two different deliveries from One sales order.

The criteria for Splitting should be the Item Categories in the line Item of the Sales Order.

2.1 Interface/Report/Layout/Development Logic

2.1.1 User interaction model

This will be an Background Job . Hence no Input values.

2.1.2 Internal logic for processing

The delivery can be created using transaction VA02 – Deliver.

Or in VL01N , giving the sales order number.

We have two different Item Categories :

And related delivery Types will be

Test data is given to Dhiraj Kumar.

Since this triggering system is POS , you need to work with some development system of POS and SAP client 210 or 220.
